Delete a KPI

Deleting a KPI removes the metric and every logged value. Use this when the space should no longer track that number.

How to get there#

Open the KPI → sidebar Actions → Delete.

Delete a KPI#

1. Open the KPI.
2. In the sidebar Actions list, click Delete.
3. The dialog title is Delete followed by the KPI name. Read the warning: This action cannot be undone. The description says deleting the KPI “permanently removes the KPI and all of its recorded updates.”
4. Click Delete forever, or Cancel to keep the KPI.

After a successful delete you return to the space KPIs list.

Who can do this#

You need Edit Access or Full Access on the space. Delete is hidden otherwise.

Caution

This cannot be undone. To remove a single bad reading instead, delete that update.
